My name is Lauren Admirand, and I absolutely love commercial real estate. Seriously. All of it. The strategy, the creativity, the problem-solving, the relationships, the energy of a deal coming together… I thrive on it.

I fell into the industry by accident while working as a project assistant at Turner Construction. The first time I watched a building rise out of the ground, I was hooked. There’s something incredible about seeing an idea become a physical space where people work, gather, build businesses, and create community. I’ve been lucky enough to experience that transformation again and again throughout my career — and I still get excited every single time.

ACRES was built on one simple belief: everyone deserves Class A real estate services. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most talented professionals in the industry nationwide. My background in leasing, construction, and property management gives me a unique perspective that allows me to provide the same level of expertise you’d expect from a major brand, but with a boutique, highly personalized experience.

I’m passionate about connecting the right tenants with the right spaces and making sure clients feel supported every step of the way — not just during the lease transaction.
