Her career progressed as she completed a five-year tenure as an assistant general manager at JLL, followed by roles as a property manager at CNL Commercial Real Estate and Lat Purser & Associates Inc.

From 2017 to 2019, Ms. Admirand was a senior property manager at MPV Properties LLC before advancing to senior vice president of retail asset management at Quarterra Group from 2019 to 2024. During her recent tenure at Quarterra Group, she is very proud to have increased the portfolio's value from $50 million to $200 million within five years.

Academically, Ms. Admirand's background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and sociology from Merrimack College in 2004, where she received the Outstanding Women's Leadership Award. She has furthered her expertise through certifications, such as the Lennar Midlevel Leaders Program with Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, NCREL and NCREC certifications, the RPA designation from BOMI International and a South Carolina Property Manager License.

Ms. Admirand's dedication is reflected in receiving the Customer Service Award from Quarterra in 2021 and being a finalist for the Property Hero Award by Building Engines in 2016. Her commitment to ethical practices and integrity has been a cornerstone of her career, allowing her to maintain trust and build lasting relationships within the industry.

Ms. Admirand's personal journey of nearly 14 years of sobriety has also profoundly influenced her approach as both an employee and leader, instilling empathy and compassion into her work environment.
